I upgraded from a 7 Plus to an 8 Plus, via the IUP on 9/15/2017. I received my 8 Plus on 9/22. I returned my 7 Plus using the return kit, Apple sent me. APPLE RECEIVED THE PHONE and PAID OFF THE LOAN. Citizens sent me a confirming email on 10/3/17.

However, when I check my enrollment, the Apple Store app says my new phone is not enrolled. I called the helpline. Nobody at any level, was able to resolve the issue.

I contacted Tim Cook. Someone was assigned to look into this, but it’s been more than 2 weeks and nothing has been resolved. The person said it is a timing issue, but has no idea when (what month) the issue might be resolved.

Has anybody had this issue? Any idea how I might resolve this?

Thanks in advance.

It says I’m not enrolled as well but I’m enrolled. Maybe it takes a month or so for it to show up?

Something appears very wrong. After three weeks the Apple Store App, finally had my correct enrollment information. One day later, the app now again says I am not enrolled. Anyone else have this?
