Apple Store at Apple HQ - open to public?

Can any member of the public access the Apple Store at Infinite Loop, or do you have to be visiting on official business at Apple? I want some Apple T-shirts

Anyone can go - just park in the lot opposite. It's a normal Apple store apart from the branded gear like t-shirts and pens.
