Apple Store, AT&T and Verizon Updated with White iPhone

After several hours of downtime, Apple's online store has returned with the white iPhone 4 available for order. In the U.S., Verizon and AT&T have also updated their sites overnight now offering the white iPhone 4 for sale. Local carriers in international regions should also have availability.

shocking....lol....

I am still waiting for the updated Mac Mini, and FCX (which will be in June...really want this one!).

This just shows that the next iPhone will definitely be later in the year.
 
1) Points out that it is 10 months late
2) This phone is "fugly" or some variation
3) Is anybody really going to buy these things?
4) Women will love them
5) I want one
6) This phone is pug fugly, or some variation
7) Guess no iPhone5 in June
8) rinse and repeat

Didn't stop me ordering a white 16gb model.
Looks like long delivery dates like we had with ipad 2

HK apple store web site is updated to show it but it only says "available soon"
 
Enough Already

This must be a really slow news week. There have been at least 5 separate stories on MacRumors about the white iPhone. Enough already! We don't need to know about every person that receives one and every retailer that sells them - that's not news.
 
No sale here....

I still have a 3GS in white, but I think the black iPhone 4 is the better looking phone. I am waiting for iPhone 5, regardless.
 
All that hype over a 10-month old phone with a new paint job? This late in the upgrade cycle?

The reality distortion field is beginning to warp Steve's mind if he thinks for one second that this thing is going to take off...
 
I guess this means end of the year introduction (if even that) for iPhone 4S/5 (or what ever they will call it). In all honesty I'm not surprised. With the current sales Apple could easily be pushing iPhone all the way to early 2012.

but really who cares?

I still want an aluminum backed iphone. even better would be an anodized aluminum iphone like the ipod nanos.
 
I would usually order white without thinking about it but 'm so glad I have the black.

It looks cheap like a cheap Binatone handset, never thought the colour could make such a difference but it is hideous.
 
After waiting it out for the iPhone to come to Verizon and then waiting even longer for the white version my day has finally come.

Ordered my White iPhone from Verizon this morning. Scheduled to ship tomorrow.

If iPhone 5 comes along later on I'll just sell this one or give it to my g/f and buy the new one. No worries.

Macrumors. You guys suck. It's a fact not a rumor so why front page?
This is getting more and more lame every week here.
 
I guess Apple knows what they are doing. My wife & I both have 3GS's and have been waiting for more info on the next iPhone before deciding on what to buy. I told her just to wait until June & see if Apple tells us anything. She just called me and said "I just got an email from Apple and they have a white iPhone now. I want it!". I explained that she'll get locked into a 2 year contract with a possible new iPhone right around the corner. Her reply: "I don't care." :(
 
The white iPhone is out in front on the main page of the Apple Store

but if you click to go to the iPhone page the black iPhone moves to the front!
