I upgraded my EE contract at the Apple Store on launch day for the iPhone 6 Plus. Do Apple normally process these upgrades straight away?
They gave me a new sim card, and arranged a new plan etc and I had to pay an early upgrade fee. The bloke in the shop said my old sim would be disconnected and I would need to use the new one. However, it's now been a week since I upgraded and i'm still using my old sim. If i put my new sim in, I get a different phone number etc. In addition, according to my account on the EE website, I haven't upgraded! It's still got all my old plan details and says that I am eligible to upgrade.
Do you think Apple messed up somehow?
