I’m on the iPhone upgrade program. I got my new phone today at an Apple Store. I asked the associate if they had screen protectors in stock. He said yes and put it on my phone but never charged me. Not sure if I got lucky or what but I’ll take it. 🙂
You should go back to the store and pay for the protector. The associate could get in trouble as well as have to pay for it out of his or her own pocket.
I never got a receipt for my iPhone and the charge is gone so there's that. I'm heading back in a couple of hours because it's then my husbands turn to get his goodies after work and I'll check then to make sure we are all good.

He didn’t forget, he knew he wasn’t charging me. The store employee that handed me off to him said something about a freebie when they handed me the screen protector. I waited for like 5 minutes thinking he was going to come back and charge me but he came back and said I was good to go. I got the feeling store employees really like IUP customers. Maybe because they’re the least amount of work?
