apple store discount

I've got another question. There's a new Apple store opening here in Vancouver soon-ish, nobody seems to know the exact date but I was wondering if anyone knows. Do they usually do any discounts/promotions with new stores? Is it worth waiting for that to buy my new iMac?

no discounts for new store openings but i do know that apple gives company discounts. it's not much of a discount but it is a discount and it takes care of the tax.
