Apple Store Down .... new iMac's Coming ?

Hello , I am really interested on getting a brand new iMac as my current computer is running slow and I don't want Windows Vista :p , as my computer is starting to , the top level unit . However I was waiting for january to see if there was any update on the iMac .

Now I see the apple store is closed ..... are we getting those Quad-Core iMacs right now ... on december 1st , just to rush for an x-mas spree ?

3. Apple has stated that this lineup is the holiday lineup. Nothing until MacWorld.
4. There will be no quad-core or desktop processor iMacs at MacWorld.
5. It's not Tuesday.

  2. Apple already said their holiday lineup is set.
  3. Sunday night product updates? Really?

though i don't get why they've had to take down all the european stores if only the uk's vat has changed...

That's what it annoys me ... Also ... Changing the VAT rate is a matter of minutes , not HOURS

About the product lineup ready ... its a tricky statement , it could be ready to be shown or it means that it will continue as is .

Edit : Damn , US Store is UP .....
