Apple Store Employment

What is the best way to go about in becoming an Apple store employee.
Apply online? Do they even give out applications at the stores? Is it best if you know someone who works for apple?
I do not even know where to start?

Apparently you just have to be enthusiastic about Apple. Knowing much about anything else seems to be less important in some stores and more in others. It's just a retail job really and from the people I deal with I don't believe it requires a whole lot of knowledge about Apple. Just a sort of desire to peddle...I mean sell, their stuff.

Try going to Apple.com and see if you can't apply online. Short of that you could go out to a retail store and ask. Right?

Good luck and since everyone else will tell you I may as well join in. If you get a job you can't post here but I don't think that'll be an issue.
