i keep getting this error message when doing a ATT upgrade checkon apple.com

Your request couldn’t be processed. We’re sorry, but there was an error processing your request. Please try again later keep getting this for days

I have double checked with ATT this line is even out of contract I have called apple and ATT neither can help
My other three lines are fine and this line checking at bestbuy .com is fine for upgrade.
Has anyone else had this issue? Need to get it fixed before 2 am central time friday
