Soo I unfortunately shattered the back of my 13 pro max this morning. I made a Genius Bar appointment. Should Apple have a device readily available to swap mine out for using an AppleCare incident? Or are they going to try to ship one to me?
Soo I unfortunately shattered the back of my 13 pro max this morning. I made a Genius Bar appointment. Should Apple have a device readily available to swap mine out for using an AppleCare incident? Or are they going to try to ship one to me?
If they have one in stock, they will replace it on the spot. IF they don’t they will order it for you and they will give you a phone call that your replacement is ready for pick up.
