Can I buy apple store gift card on physical apple store? Or I only can buy it online? I see that limit buying it online is USD 2000.00.. Can I buy 2 cards USD 1500.00 each one and order USD 3000.00 imac online using only gift card?

Yes, you can buy the cards in store. I bought a £500 one a couple of months ago. Not sure what the upper spend limit is though.

You'd have to use both gift cards on the order, since they're only worth 1,500 or am I misunderstanding you?
