If I have multiple orders either different check-in times, can I just go to the first time and get all orders?

My situation…

I have orders for 4 phones at various times (11:45 am, 12:00 pm, 7:45 pm), but my watch pickup is at 8:00 am.

So if I go at 8:00 am, will they give me all of the orders? I don’t want to go back and forth multiple times since it’s a 20-minute drive.

While I don’t know for sure, my guess is if you kindly explain it to the rep they’ll probably give you all of it.

Last year in my local Apple store they allowed you to collect orders with times within 2 hours of each other. Otherwise you had to come back.

Hmm… That’s a strange rule.

I wonder if it will make any difference that I’m not requiring any assistance with setup or activation. Not even opening the boxes — just taking them all home and handing them out to the family to set up on our own.

Why is it a strange rule ? Is it because it doesn’t suit your situation 😃…. I actually thought it could be perceived as being generous considering they could send you away until the time of each appointment!

Strange to have a specific time constraint, that’s all. If someone is there at one time and not the others, they’re still freeing up a slot to speed up the other timeframes.

I’ve gone hours later than my pickup time in the past and had no issues at all. I don’t remember if I’ve ever gone early. If I did, I don’t think it was hours. Curious if that 2-hour rule is universal or just something your particular store set in place.

It is what it is ..... much as many things that stores do are often at their discretion based on the circumstances at the time. You seem to be asking for help / advice and then challenging the answer you are given.

Maybe it has to do with how the stock is prepared 'out the back' ahead of the pickups so that it's not chaotic with people just turning up out of sync. ..... Who knows ...... Previous years Ive seen questions along the lines of "what happens if I turn up late" and the answer varies from store to store.

I dont think you are going to get a definitive answer for your particular store as they all differ (as do the staff).

Good luck whatever you decide to do :)

I'd go in on the first appointment slot to respect their time and then ask the rep if he/she can pull the rest of the order.

I would not go in early - that messes up their time allocation for each customer.

After hearing your experience, I decided to call the store directly and ask them. They said as long as I receive confirmation that all of the orders are ready for pickup, I can get them all at whichever time I choose to come in.

In the past, usually the “ready for pickup” notifications would tend to come in shortly after closing time of the previous day. So now I just keep an eye out and fingers crossed!

Thanks for all the replies.
