Good morning,

Does Apple Stores as intalled their iPad mini demos yet ? Also same question for new iMac.

Thanks !

They won't have the demos until the day of the release so you will have to wait till Nov. 2 to see the demo in person.

As for the new imac. I don't know.

What about the iPad 4 or the 13" retina MBP?

Same for the ipad 4. both ipad 4 and the ipad mini are not on display until Nov. 2.

As for the 13" rMBP, i'm sure there are displays as those has been released on the day it was announced. I could be wrong here. I was at the apple store on Friday but I was too busy so I didn't get a chance to take a peek.

Thank you all,

Guess I'll save my trip to an Apple store for november 2nd. Im interrested in both product, the iPad mini and the new iMac. I want to see them and play with them before taking my final descision.

Black or white iPad mini ? I hope to find answer on november 2nd.

Cheers !

They usually do a store refresh the night before pending availability of display units. So that the store is ready for the first day of sales.

Nope. They don't install demos before the release because that is just asking for a theft.

Will they be connected with a tether? Will that be connected to an alarm?

They will be secured somehow. How remains to be seen. But it will be done. They would be morons not to.
Hell they even alarm the pitiful remote that is on demo with the Apple TV

I'd be pissed as I usually am when I go to a store to get something, they have it on the shelf but not in stock. I always think take it down if you don't have it.

So they would get sick of telling people, no it's not here yet, no it's not here yet for 4 more days. I'd quit working there if it were me.

Bad enough they are going to have to tell people they don't have any more when they run out of a certain size or color and size or provider. BTDT.
