iPhone 13 Apple store iPhone 13 - AppleCare cancelled?

I added AppleCare with theft monthly to my iPhone 13 order. However when I checked today my phone was not covered.

After calling aftersales it turned out it was cancelled but no reason given! I have added it via my phone now.

Has this happened to anyone else?
