I went to my Apple Store app and tried to purchase an iPhone 6 for att. I know I had just used my mid year upgrade during the initial iphone 6 preorder but I wanted to get a 6 with more storage. When purchasing the phone it said my price would be 749.99 for a iphone 6 with 64gb. It said no contract extension required. Wouldn't this be considered buying the phone off contract? I don't see how this pricing would be reupping my current ATT contract. I called apple and they didn't believe that you could buy a iPhone 6 off contract. I said that was the pricing I had available. They went on to say I should buy the T-Mobile version but I didn't see the point since it would let me buy the att on at the same price. They seemed somewhat frustrated because I kept telling them what I was seeing on my screen. So someone who just upgraded and then wanted to different phone can technically buy another phone off contract at full price.
