New Mac Pros mayhaps?

Yes I know it's not Tuesday anymore... but hmm.. seems odd.

I hope! :D I noticed the site was down when I read that the back to school event will kick off next week. I wanted to check the price of an 8 GB iPod Touch. I will check the web site for a few hours, as I am hoping the Mac Pro is being refreshed.

Must be the new 64 and 128gb ssd as bto option!!!

Haha.. Well one can only dream

Hope it's not pricing on iMacs I just bought mine lol.

It's not going to be iMac options. I have no idea why the person above even thinks this will happen. Traditionally, when have Apple added new options a couple of weeks or so after a major release?

The Apple Store does go down for minor or non-events, remember! At the very most, it's likely to be the new Final Cut Pro and/or other software.

It could be the SB update for the MBA and/or Mac Mini. Or maybe it's my new headless iMac that I've been pestering Steve for.

You happened to be right. This is why the BTO Imacs with the SSD option have not shipped yet. Intel is releasing these on WED, so Apple will probably be adding these options it all makes perfect sense.:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:

Uk store down too...

Do they need to down the whole store just to change pricing on certain aspects of 1 product...???

Maybe updated minis?

Right now it is possible to put 16GB RAM in the 'high' end 21,5 inch model.

Isn't that new (thought it was maximum 8GB in both 21,5 inch models)?

Cool, I think you might be right. Nice find if thats the case.

Nice find if you´re right, but really .. who´s gonna pick 16Gb RAM on BTO with that crazy price??

Maybe Apple wants to create a (little expensive) alternative for the people who wants 16GB en don't like to touch the bottom of their iMac:).

(Most people already new that 16GB was possible)
