Apple store: long waits & no stock, but they had nike bands

Just and FYI thread.

Went to the apple store today over lunch. Took 20 minutes for someone to help me look at apple watches. They had no 42mm series 2s in stock. I wanted to see the difference between aluminum and SS as this is my first watch purchase. they did have all the nike bands there, but no watch. I decided to stick with my grey/black nike watch i have on pre-order due to the weight and the band.

Wait. Are you saying they ARE selling the Nike Sport bands separately from the watch?

NO, they are not selling separately yet, But they had some in that they paired with non-nike watches just to show people what the bands are like.
