Apple Store Not Showing Family Plan

I'm confused. I have a family plan on ATT & I'm trying to upgrade both lines to the iPhone5. However, each phone is showing the $69.99 charge for 700 minutes instead of the combined 700 family minutes I have.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

The same thing is happening to me too and I'm also confused about how to upgrade the phones on my existing family plan.

You can always just go to the ATT store vs Apple.

By the way, upgraded one phone on family plan this week. It shows that person at the higher rate, but they really only pay $9.99. I am not concerned with it at all. Figure that is just the way the system spits things out.
