Apple Store not working

Dear all,

I already read about that only recovery key can be used if you've setup 2FA Authentication. But i don't have that recovery key saved...
I am able to login to apple store via apple store site https://secure1.store.apple.com/shop/account/setup/start

and can see the linked laptop.... But there is no options over there.....

And if i try to login via Macbook's by default's Apple store application , its asking for 6 digit code which i am not getting by email or phone...


Can you please tell me what can be the solution?
