Apple Store or AT&T Store????

I went to AT&T last year, so I'm going there again. I'm going to AT&T because I feel it will be less crowded and they have more experience with activations.
Either store will be fine. But if you anything but a simple activation process (i.e. number porting, family plan, etc.) I would recommend going to an ATT store.
