Apple Store or Carrier for 6+ 64 silver on 19th?

I pre-ordered online but it will ship on October...
I am seriously thinking about going to the store to get an iPhone 6+ 64GB silver.
Which one has better chance then?
I am in Columbus, OHIO
The Apple Store is in Easton Town Center, which is a mall far from downtown.
Carrier store is on a busy street of the city...
