I arrived today about 3 hours before my appt today and was not sure they would let me in. There was a small line, 4 or 5 and about 30 customers in store and 10 or so employees just standing around. They took my temp and let me right in and I was out within 15 minutes with my new phone, that was even after "exchanging it" for a different color their website said they did not have. Wanted a 12 in blue and the website showed the closest one 115 miles away, but black was in stock so that's what I ordered. He looked on his device and seen they had 1 blue left so he reserved it for me and then he said he had to ring the black device out, return it and then we could process the blue one, it was no problem but seemed weird to me.
