Sorry if there is already a thread about this but I've searched and couldn't find anything.
Let me preface that this is my first iPhone preorder. I preordered a T-Mobile Matte Black 32gb 7 on Apple's website at 12:19 on September 9th and selected the pickup in store option on Sept. 16. My credit card was charged two days ago but I just checked and the money is now back in my bank account. In addition, when I go to my orders page, it still says that my order is processing which worries me considering Im supposed to pick it up tomorrow.
Anyone facing the same problem or have any experience with preorder pickups with previous iPhones?
