Apple Store Preorders. How long do you think I will be in the store for

Hello all, I have a 4 hour block on Friday when I could go and pick up my iPhone 6+ from the 14th St. Apple Store in NYC.

Now....I know there's going to be a line for people who want to pick one up who have no preorder.

But how long do you think the preorder line will be? And how quickly should it move. I was thinking about arriving at 10:30 EST, which is 2.5 hours after the official time that they can give them out.

mybe not long they should have two lines for pre order and non pre orders

Do walk ins get a crack at the preordered phones if the person doesn't show up that day?
