can you pay by debit card on the apple store?
i dont have a credit card im too young..

you can pay with a debit card in a brick and mortar store.

if you're talking about paying online, I would skip that and just call apple and order it that way.

yeah. They can take any form of payment IIRC. (well.. except for cash, you know. :p)

lol thanks you have been a BIG help =D

Yeah, but don't ever pay by check. When I worked at Apple and people used a check It would take forever, because half the time you would have to call and verify the damn thing and get an access code for it.

Hello, it's 2006. Checks should be used for bills only, not purchases.

But some banks that give out the debit/check cards have limits, so therefore you need to use a check. I use my visa check card for everything these days, even if I buy a big mac at mcdonalds, lol. But I had a daily limit of $2000 and that posed a problem when I bought my powerbook which was about double that when I was finished at the apple store, lol.

Yep, same here, you need to talk to your bank to raise the daily limit, you might also have to specify the company.

You can also order online, no need to call them first.

Why is this? Does the order go through faster via telephone? Or are you just saying this because he doesn't have a credit card to pay online?

I paid by e-check because my credit card limit couldn't go any high then a grand at the time of my purchase.

Did you need to call to pay via e-check or does the Apple online store let you do that.
