Apple Store return policy? Return Pixelskin for Candyshell?

I bought a Pixelskin HD to prepare for my 4S but i am worried that i will not like the offset (and slightly covered) mute switch.... Is it possible that i could return it and pick up a CandyShell for the iPhone 4?

thank you good sir if they ever center the mute switch i will pick the pixelskin hd back up but until then i will just get the candyshell i was planning on getting anyway
