I am going to take my original iPhone to an Apple Store later on today, because the on/off button doesn't really work.

Do you think they will fix it?

Has anyone had any Apple Store success stories?

I think they will enjoy your visit, finally something "new" they will think :p

That's worth fixing, even at a cost..In good condition it's going to be an Apple collectable one of these days..I'd fix it, charge to 40% and box it up. Unless you are using it of course..:)

I am using it.

Won't be worth much at all.... way to many made.

Most likely they will not do anything with it and I would bet they don't have any for OOW replacement. I walked in with a 3gs I hoped to replace and walked out with a 4 Which I assume means they have no 3gs white boxed. Not sure if they will "upgrade" and give you a 4 for OOW replacement but it's worth a shot.
