My wife is trading in her old 5C for iPhone six tonight at the Apple store. Should she erase all settings and take out the Sim card? Or, should you keep everything on there so they can transfer it at the store like contacts and things? Thank you for the advice

You can use the same SIM card on the new phone. Backup to iCloud, and then go to settings and erase all contents and settings.

When you go to erase everything it makes you sign out and enter your account info.

Oh ok. I've never done it but thanks for the info. I'm giving my wife my 6+ After I get the 6s+ so I'll be erasing everything so she can backup her own settings.
