I would like to know if I can do a cross platform upgrade through the Apple Store. Also can I do the order online and still get in store pick up with the cross platform upgrade? Lastly, will the upgrade affect th current phone on the line I would be using to upgrade? Thanks!

Depending on which carrier you use. I searched google and found some results: (I believe you meant cross upgrading?)

Also if you are cross upgrading, that line you used will be affected and not the current phone line you are on now.
