Apple Store was the best way to have a used MacBook Pro checked out.

I was in the market for a used MacBook Pro. You all helped me figure out what I needed. Thanks. When it came to buying though I was a bit nervous to pay good money for something that I didn't really know how to check out to make sure everything was working as it should. Especially when the warranty had just expired.

The seller suggested we meet at an Apple Store. It was great. An Apple rep checked it out by running a diagnostic that I beleave only they can do. No charge. That and a quick physical once over was all I needed. A great service that I didn't know Apple offered. This is the only way I will buy a used Apple product in the future.

Ah! Too late. My used Mini is on its way. At least I used MC. I'll do an extended hardware test when it arrives.
