I’ve noticed at my local Apple store, the one in Markville Mall, Toronto, that several different homekit accessories simply no longer have an in store pickup option on the website. And the variety of third party accessories in general is noticeably less than from what I remember.

Now I can’t be sure that these specific accessories were ever carried in store. But it sure seemed like a few years ago, the last time I checked, everything listed online was available, at least in the bigger stores. Maybe I’m misremembering?

I remember when some (all?) stores got rid of their packaged software section, and when third party speakers were practically all removed but Apple, from all appearances, is expanding homekit so it doesn’t seem to make sense for them to shrink their shelf space?

Can anyone chime on in what they observe in other stores around the world?
