Okay, so I got hit by the "reservation glitch" on pre-order day. It gave me the confirmation page, but I found out later I didn't actually have a reservation. I called the store the next day and explained what happened. He said a lot of people got hit by the glitch, and he was taking down everyone's info to see if there was anything they could do. A week went by and when I called they said they didn't know yet.
I just got a call today that my phone is reserved! They have my exact model reserved, and I can get in the reservation line!
This is why I will always deal with Apple directly. They go out of their way to make things right when they can.
(By the way, anyone who is thinking of trying to call their store and pretend you had the glitch, you had to call soon after the pre-order day. They can't do anything for anyone now.)
