Yet see 2 employees just chatting it up for more than 5 minutes. Happen in the real world?
Yes maybe they are on sales side versus Genius Bar.

Even Apple support can’t get in contact with the store and has no more info on repair.
They even said to say “I forgot something at the store” to trick the phone system to get to the actual store.
 
When you hear "how can i help you today" in the automated prompt...just say 'repair center'. That will ring through and someone should answer unless they are extremely busy.

Or say manager and get around the answering machine like that. I did that to ask about close your rings pins with multiple Apple store.
