Apple strict on pricing and discounts?

Hi

Is some places is rude not to haggle how tight are apple on there prices if you phone them?

Are there any checkups if you say yes when they ask you if your in education on the phone?

I know its cheeky but every little helps and with apple they never reduce the price as things age like most outlets!
