I have tried opeing some apps like facetime, photobooth and zoom, and the studio display camera does not activate and work with them, I just camera not detected in the apps.

I have gone into the privacy settings, and clicked on the camera, but there is only one app in the list; Parallels desktop. How do I get my other apps to detect the studio display camera?

I am on a mac mini 2018 running macOS Mojave. I know there is a macos update, but if I update to a newer os, I have legacy apps that would not work. This is why I got an intel mac mini.

Edit; I think I may know partly why this is happening, supposedly according to apples site, this montor is made for macOs 12. and onwards.
