I am doing some cable management and thought I connect my Apple Studio Display to my Mac Pro 5,1. It works, however, in order for it to detect I have to unplug and plug the monitor back into the video card.
I am using a reference 6950XT flash to a 6900xt. The Studio Display is using the thunderbolt cable directly connected to the USB-C display port.
Just thought I share this with the macrumor community.
