Apple support: 3GS Built in Nike+ Support?

I was looking at the online user's manual at apple.com in anticipation of plugging my new 3GS in when I get home from work, and saw that it says Nike+ support is built in. Is that true?

Yes it is. Just go in your settings, and scroll all the way to the bottom. Nike+ app.
