Posting question about the Apple Support App here because it does not show up on the App Store, so don't know where it belongs. Just finished an Apple survey following talking to a representative about a problem I was having with my MacBook Pro. In finishing the survey, a blurb came up last the bottom about downloading the Apple Support app to help with support. What is this all about? And now that I am out of the survey, how do I find the Apple Support app if I want it, since it isn't in the App Store? Thanks.

I don't think there's an Apple Support app on macOS. You can use Apple Support website and login your Apple Account to see all support history and device coverage.

The Apple Support app is just available for iPad, iPhone and Apple Vision, at the moment.
