I have talked to 7 different customer support people with Apple since March and they can't fix my problem with, " Itunes was unable to load data class information from Syn Services, try again later. "

1. Uninstalled Itunes and any associated Apple program on my PC (Win 7)
2. Redownloaded the most current Itunes.
3. Reset my phone to factory settings
4. Unpluged all devices except keyboard, mouse and iphone
5. Turned off all security
6. Sent Apple a copy of all my programs Bel-Arch.
7. When I go to Itunes and click the black white box in the top left corner,
Then Preferences, Then device and reset history. Nothing happens that I can see. Perhaps it does and is so fast the human eye doesn't see it.
8. I am using Outlook 2007 but have no contacts to syn.
9. The error happens immediately when I connect the phone to the computer.

Can anyone help me??
.. I have spent hours with these people and they turned it over to engineering about a month ago and have not heard back.

Get Info on iTunes (Control-click or Right-click the app icon) and make sure it is NOT running in 32-bit mode.

(That was the fix on a Mac. Hopefully it works on Windows, as well.)
