Hi, Apple keeps asking me permission to agree with allowing them access to my machine via remote desktop, i asked Apple support why they are constantly asking me for permission even when im calling about an iPhone as this was the 4th time in the last year that they did this and all i was told is that it is a routine thing they do…
The last time i called Apple about something it was to do with an account i created for my little brother for my mms famiy sharing group, we accidentally made an adult account by some how adding 1980 instead of his actual birth year which is 2008, while its easy to remove an adult family member we decided not to and instead call Apple for help because we already configured this apple id with calendars, reminders, skype etc using the same email across all iphones, ipads and two computers so we wanted to just correct my little brothers child's birth year but received an error claiming that because he is a minor the owner of the Apple ID will have to verify the new account but they sent the email to an old ".Mac" address my mom used to have before icloud..
Apple says there i no way she can access her .mac emails because those servers where shut down and replaced with iCloud, which she now has but the verification email is not going there.
Regardless of Apples effort they only managed to updat the birth year on my brothers own iPad Pro ad not via his Apple ID which would then appear on all devices and he shows up as a adult in the family sharing which means he can go on as hopping sprea again as he did in 2012 when he purchased farmville point worth more then $100!.,
Then im told they cant do nothing unless i go to a near by machine and allw them remote access to it., people are telling e its not normal., i dont think so either., has anyone else experienced thi?
