I have been trying since day one (Launch day) to get mobile me pushing to my iPhone over wifi, everything pushes over the telecom network but not over WIFI, I need this because I live in a house that no telephone signal reaches, it's in a valley with lots of tree's around it, I have spoken to loads of support people and sent emails to mobile me support, everyone said it should work, I even brought a new Airport Extreme to replace my old router to see if that helped, (it didn't) mobile me does push to my mac desktop which is connected with and ethernet cable to the router, so it was seeming like it was a wireless issue, an yet everything is setup correctly and the wifi works great.
So I receive an email from mobile me support today.
"I understand that you were experiencing an issue in which you were unable to sync with your iPhone via Wi-Fi. I understand how frustrating this can be. I sincerely apologize for any problems or frustrations that this may have caused. I'd be happy to help out.
Currently, Apple is aware of this issue and our engineers are working hard to find a suitable remedy. I have submitted the details of this case to a product specialist here at apple. However, at this time it is unknown when the issue will be sorted out. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued patience."
So either there is truly a known issue, even tho for most people that I ask it is working fine, or I am just being given the brush of, i wonder which it is.
