So on August 31 I sent in my Macbook Pro due to it shutting down unexpectedly. They checked it out at the genius bar and said that it needed to be sent in to get checked out and repaired. I said "Ok" and off it went. Always the curious I went to check on the repair status on apples site and watched for when it was shipped (back) to the apple store that I brought it to. Well according to the DHL tracking number that was given (corresponding to the repair number that I have), it arrived at the store on friday in the morning. So I called the store today (Saturday) and they said that it was still in transit (?!?!?!?) and that it would be there by, at the latest, tuesday (?!?!?!). What is going on? Am I worrying all for nothing? Do they only unpack DHL shipments once a week?
Sorry, been without if for a week and going through withdrawal. Any insights would be appreciated.
