Has anyone been able to reach apple support since Friday? When I call them and ask for technical support it defers to asking me my web order number. I give that and it asks me why I am calling. I go through all the usual confirmations and says it will connect me to technical support and then it defers to asking me my web order number. It is an endless loop. On Friday I figured it was overwhelm from the launch but this is Monday already. The advisors must not be getting any calls,
