I plan on ordering an iPhone 15 once I sell my iPhone 14 Pro tomorrow. The problem is, I saw the delivery date is towards the end of the month into November. Is that an accurate ETA or will I get it sooner once I sell my iPhone I will be without one for a few weeks? Also, if it's financed is it locked or unlocked?

I will miss my iPhone but I have a free phone (android thanks to Assurance Wireless). I can play with it.

Over here… https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/new/ there have been some complaints about how long shipping times are taking.

As to locked or unlocked, if you are purchasing directly from Apple (even though the EIP is with T-Mobile) the phone will be unlocked. It's only locked if you're buying direct from the carrier.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro max on 9/22 online from T-Mobile and it had a delivery date of 10/20/2023-11/03/2023.
I received it on Tuesday 10/3 (over two weeks early) and it is SIM locked to T-Mobile since it is also financed.

…and it is SIM locked to T-Mobile since it is also financed.
Hypothetically, if you paid it off entirely tomorrow, it would still remain locked. T-Mobile's unlock policy requires 40 days of active service. So, while the fact that it is financed is a big factor in it being locked, it's not the only factor.
