It won't - the Apple Silicon Macs integrated these functions into the SOC. A discreet T2 was for Intel Macs only.

So does my model have the T2 or not? I’ll send a screen image on what I see on my MacBook soon.

Here’s what I see. Does not show Apple T2 chip.

No. As previously stated, the Apple Silicon machines do not have a T2 chip. That's why your machine doesn't show on Apple's list. The secure enclave functionality is integrated into the machine's SoC.
