Apple technician reports on white spots on 15" PBs

In this article the author discusses how someone claiming to be an Apple technician took apart his 15" and discovered the cause of the white spots.

It appears that the spacers that seperate the case from the screen are what cause the spots.

man that really sucks. if that is true it looks like it will be a apple design flaw, which will really hurt their quarter profits since they are fixing the most expensive thing on the computer.

I just sent mine in for the second time for a replacement screen. This is really starting to get annoying.

it must be getting annoying. I am considering cancelling my order as I wonder if this model is a right royal lemon!
