Has anyone else with a Thunderbolt display seen this? I was using an app in full-screen mode, and realized that, about an inch over the base, there is a ~inch-high line of darker pixels. Barely noticeable, but highly annoying.

I just got a replacement display, and it's less pronounced, but still there.

Somewhat hard to capture on camera, but just above the dock:

Just wondering if it's a bug or a feature, at this point...

Yes I have it on my display, but I wouldn't expect a completely evenly lit display at that price/size. You might notice that the the area will increase in brightness if you lower your head to the same height.

Considering the huge issues I've had with apple displays (especially the 24" iMac which I replaced several times, each with different issues) it's a tiny flaw to me.

Also, it is affected by the viewing angle. If you lower your head to the same height as the area it should be less visible.
