Just had an AMAZING experience with apple care today. i called in and notified i was getting terrible battery life and the yellowing tint on my new iphone, the rep asked if i would go to the apple store and see if one of the geniuses would replace it for me, but i refused [kindly] and told her that the nearest apple store was about 2 hours away. She was very sympathetic and immediately said she would take me through the replacement process, she got a credit card number, charged a fee of 30 bucks, not too bad, and bam one day later got brand new white iphone 3g!

just thought i'd share this story of my quick and easy experience with apple amidst all the horrendous stories I'm hearin.

cheers!

I'm waiting for you to make a post tomorrow saying, "my new iPhone has a lightleak and poor 3G reception, I'm paying $30 to get another one!"

and @ shinenjk, nahhh the lady said if i had another problem with it and ended up having to return it they would waive the 30 doller fee:D
