I ordered the new Mac Mini on 22 July 2011 and expected delivery date was 04 August 2011. Today i received an email saying the item has been shipped (expected deliver date 29 July) so i click on the tracking link and it redirects me to the uk website(im in Australia) no parcel found. I then go to the Australian website and put in the tracking number, again no item found. I then see the company is tnt international express so i put the tracking number in the international website, again nothing!

Can anybody explain what's going on here? thanks

Tracking number emails are often sent out as soon as the carrier is notified to come pick up a parcel for shipment. Unfortunately they don't show up in the carrier's system until they either pick up the parcel and scan it or it arrives at their local depot for scanning. Give it a day and your tracking number should work.

I agree, I've had that happen to me before. However, if you don't get the number to work after a day... contact Apple to clarify things... :)
