Even though I shouldn’t, I’ve decided to get a new 11 Pro Max.

I’d like this to be a hassle-free process, so I’d like to trade my current XR at the Apple Store and walk out with the new phone - even though I’m not getting a lot for it, Apple is offering $370 which I think is fair.

Does anyone have experience on trading in less than 100% perfect condition phones? My iPhone is in good condition (front, back and structure), but there is a dent in the corner. Would this qualify as a “major” dent and they won’t take my phone or give me less than $370? (Anything other than “my phone is perfect on the website says it’s ready to recycle, but my phone is in working order).

Also, do they need my box and accessories? I don’t have the EarPods anymore, but I suppose it wouldn’t be hard to get the ones from the new iPhone.

I plan on trading my XR in NYC on the 23rd (hope there’s inventory) - if I can’t, I’ll probably try to do it back in the UK (paying a lot more of course), so international experience is appreciated.
